As a multi-faceted widely experienced team, we bring together our distinct strengths and diverse backgrounds to deliver exceptional design that is devoted to understanding and prioritising our client’s vision. The templo® design team is led by our distinguished Principal of Residential Design-Richard Templeton, whose passion in sustainability has led him to be fully certified in Passive Home Design by the PASSIVHAUS Association. Our seasoned Principal of Commercial Design-Jodie Mark, is an accredited member of the esteemed National Advisors council for the Building Design Association in Australia. Both Richard and Jodie are widely recognized and well-respected leaders in the Queensland design and building industry with a combined work experience of over 40 years. Their knowledge, passion and seniority allow them to lead a strong team of accomplished designers that deliver considered and exceptional work to each and every client.
