Rather than replace the home’s heritage features, we restored and refreshed its traditional timber detailing, maintaining the integrity of the original Queenslander while elevating its presentation. New skylights introduce natural light into the interiors, creating brighter, more open living spaces without compromising charm.

A carefully integrated master suite — complete with ensuite, walk-in robe, and private balcony — delivers modern functionality while respecting the home’s original form. This balance is central to quality Queenslander renovation on the Sunshine Coast.

The kitchen was fully relocated and redesigned to improve flow and connection to outdoor areas. French doors with transom windows enhance cross-ventilation and strengthen indoor–outdoor living — a defining element of subtropical house design.

An elegant billiard room adds a refined entertaining space, while externally, a new pool and covered entertaining area sit within the established landscape. Mature trees, vegetable gardens, and chicken keeping reflect the clients’ commitment to a sustainable, acreage lifestyle.
