We believe that no job is too big or too small—whether it’s a modest deck or carport or a sprawling new home or office space. We give each project the same meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that buildings reflect both the current and future needs of their occupants, as well as their personalities. This belief drives our thoughtful approach to designing your project. The experience of working with us has been carefully shaped over the years to ensure the utmost customer satisfaction.

Our love for working with people is evident in our open and collaborative work style. By combining strategic thinking with innate design skills, we foster greater connectivity and offer an incomparable client journey. Our inclusive approach extends to our strong working relationships with external consultants—town planners, certifiers, engineers, ecologists, and builders—who play a crucial role in the preconstruction process.

FAQs
It is so important that we understand exactly what you are hoping to achieve with your project and have an idea of your general building budget, as this is extremely important when contemplating a new design project. If you have reference images or Pinterest boards of homes that resonate with you, this can be incredibly helpful to your designe, as it will give them a better understanding of the desired style and aesthetic you are aiming for.

Our timeframe for delivery of concept or preliminary plans varies from project to project. Generally, you can expect to receive your plans in around 30 working days, though this can take longer depending on the complexity and size of the project.
Please also be advised that the building design process is carried out in three stages. The first set of plans are not build-ready, they are conceptual only. The second stage of drawings are called preliminary which are more detailed and will take around 30 business days on average to complete, though this is not set in stone. The final stage in the process are the build-ready working drawings that a builder will need to commence construction. Your building designer will be able to confirm their timeframes upon acceptance of your initial quote.
Not at all. Once your working design plans have been completed and approved by a certifier you will have until the date noted on your decision notice to complete the construction. This is generally anywhere from 12 to 24 months. We suggest once your final working drawings are complete, liaise with a builder to determine the desired build date and then start the certification process. This will allow you to maximise the amount of time available for construction.
Our new building and documentation fees are based on the complexity of each specific job. This also will include what services you are wanting, ie. build-ready drawings, internal and/or external renders, videography, etc. For renovations, we will also need to visit onsite to measure your existing space which we offer for a fixed fee based on the size and complexity of that space. Once we have had our initial client consultation to develop a detailed understanding of your project brief, we can than offer you a full project fee structure which outlines our services and fees in detail.
Absolutely. We work with a large range of trusted and well-known builders who specialize in different areas, such as commercial, residential, renovations, heritage, multi-residency, acreage, etc. Your building designer will be able to give you a short list of recommendations based on your project needs, as well as your timeframe and building budget.
